The company has links to international sources of company information as well as its own electronic databanks.

Company databases have their own particular strengths and weaknesses, with many databases covering a particular niche not included in a competitor's data. By linking to all of the major information providers Instant Search customers get the complete picture. The advantage of the spread of information from a number of data-sets added to the benefit of not being locked into one provider.

The company has a dedicated research team which can investigate particular types of information when specified by the client. From building bespoke databases to telephoning potential sales leads.

The Instant Search team is regularly involved in forensic research, tracing back company history to linked directorships and cross shareholdings and proxy ownership.

The marketing data that the company offers is as all encompassing. Target by company type, turnover, postcode or by individuals categorised by area, income or home ownership. The combinations of criteria are endless. All we need is a profile of the target and we do the rest.

With over 10 years of experience in financial and commercial information, Instant Search is well placed to locate even the most obscure data. Our in-house computing expertise means we can export and communicate the information in any format.

In 1998/99 the company completely renewed its computer and telephone systems. Now the new telephone system can be configured to handle bespoke projects - a unique telephone number being assigned to each job. This can also be linked to our voicemail, in addition to a unique e-mail address which can be assigned to the exercise.

The Instant Search Windows NT computer network allows for each operator to have hi-speed internet access, individual e-mail accounts and the ability to fax direct from the screen. Each operator has individual access to high speed modems to allow them to go on-line to databases via private dial-up circuits.

Since the company started there have been many imitators of the unique Instant Search approach. Some have undercut our prices by providing reports based on inferior data-sets. Out of date information from questionable sources is not uncommon. If price is a factor make sure you receive reports based on the same high quality information used by Instant Search. There is little point paying for information that is not accurate - however attractive the price.

Please talk to us if you have any doubts about the integrity and cost of our service and reports compared to other sources.

OPENING HOURS: UK working days 0900 - 1800.

OUT OF HOURS SERVICE: For urgent business information outside the above opening hours please call 07971 950151.
