What research services do you offer?

Our services include online, database and library research as well as field research. This is used when the data you need is not available via electronic sources.   All our research services include an in depth consultation in order to provide you with an accurate conclusion.

What type of research projects have you worked on?

A wide variety of projects.   We are contracted to undertake technical, intellectual, property and historical research.   We provide business research, market studies and develop company profiles.

Who will be doing the research on my request?

All research projects are assigned to a subject specialist or team of specialists.   Each has extensive experience in database searching or other means of information gathering.

What type of resources will be used to locate information for me?

Each research project has different requirements.   We employ a combination of resources to locate the information you need.   We subscribe to database services from all the major vendors – these services capture and offer information on almost every subject matter imaginable.

In addition, our highly skilled online researchers search the internet for additional information utilising the latest search tools.

We have access to major academic and public libraries and have use of their collected works for targeted research, or for materials that predate database coverage.

How will you deliver the results of my research request?

We can deliver results in almost any manner you require.   Many of our clients prefer to have the results emailed; some prefer fax or overnight delivery.   We send the results according to your format needs whether a special font, a spreadsheet, a report, or a bibliography is required.

How much will it cost?

Because each research project is unique, all are priced on an individual basis.   Major factors affecting the final cost include:   time necessary to complete the project, source(s) of the information and complexity of the project.   Every effort is made to obtain information from low cost and reliable sources.

In some cases, we offer a flash service for projects that have urgent deadlines.

How do I pay?

Usually, initial research requests are paid for in advance by cheque or credit card.   For subsequent requests, you or your organisation may establish a deposit account, send us a purchase order, or receive invoices on a per project basis.
